Casa Dona Susana (formerly Los Arcos Vallarta Hotel) is a small adults-only Mexican-style hotel located on the southern end of Puerto Vallarta's old town, within walking distance of downtown and approximately seven miles from Gustavo D Ordaz Airport. This property offers both all-inclusive and room only options. Guests must be at least 18 years old.

The property features a heated rooftop swimming pool and terrace solarium with panoramic view of the city. The hotel is not on the beach, but guests have access to the beach facilities, as well as the restaurant and bar, at the sister Playa Los Arcos Beach Resort, located a block away. This hotel also provides free use of beach and pool towels, private parking lot, 24-hour currency exchange, free WI-FI in public areas, doctor-on-call and 24-hour security.

The optional all-inclusive plan includes daily activities, domestic open bar, buffet and a-la-carte food service, and taxes.
